What are the different types of high risk personal loans?

The two basic types of high risk personal loans are a secured high risk personal loan and an unsecured high risk personal loan. A secured high risk personal loan involves the use of a collateral to secure the loan. The debtors pledge a collateral whose ownership may be transferred to the lenders in case of a default. The opposite of a secured high risk personal loan is an unsecured high risk personal loan. An unsecured high risk personal loan doesn't involve the pledging of collateral. A secured high risk personal loan is more risky for the debtors and is less risky for the lenders while an unsecured high risk personal loan is more risky for the lenders and is less risky for the debtors.

What are the requirements needed to apply for a high risk personal loan?

Applicants have to be at least 18 years old Australian citizens in order to pre-qualify for a high risk personal loan. The lenders usually require the applicants to submit documents that contain information regarding the latter's credit rating, personal details, and employment history. To prove their employment statuses, employed applicants need to submit copies of their paycheck receipts while self-employed applicants need to submit copies of their tax presentations.
